Enrollment and Cost Facilities Sample Schedule Staff Director
The position of goalie requires specialized instruction. At Shot Stoppers Goalie School, this instruction will emphasize proper technique in a controlled setting. Proper warm-up, stretching, agility and plyometrics will be taught along with skills and techniques. Goalie success is related DIRECTLY to repetition of skills that are fundamentally sound.
All of the important fundamental goalkeeping skills are covered in a controlled setting. The pace of instruction is tailored to the level of each goalie. Each goalie will also have "practical goalkeeping" each day with a variety of different shots being faced.
All of the skills covered in a regular session but at a faster pace. In addition, on the last day of camp, more advanced collegiate and international skills are introduced. This program is tailored for more experienced goalies and a higher fitness level is expected.

The Ocelot Turf Field (on the campus of the Mater Amoris School) is one of the sites of Shot Stoppers Goalie School. All goalie instruction will be held on artificial (astro) turf and the field is located on a beautiful 13-acre campus rural Ashton, Maryland, very convenient to Washington and Baltimore.
For those living outside of the area, there are several motels in the area of the camp. We will help any out-of-state goalies with reservations. Also, ask about "in-home" accommodations, if you are interested in this!
The Blast Sports ComplexThe Blast Sports Complex is within an hour of Baltimore and 30 minutes from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
